A quiet app for children, and what to do when they put it down.

I'd like to help test the app and the paper goods before they're out. You'll get plain play, in real life — a free list that takes the games off the screen — and first word when the app, the decks, and the kit arrive. Nothing else.

why

We noticed children's screens are built to be picked up and never put down. So we made one designed to do the opposite — and then we made what should be waiting on the other side, on paper.

The Plain Play app collects no personal information, has no accounts, no advertising, and no third-party analytics. Nothing a child does in the app leaves the device.
